The pre-audited activity result for the year 2009 of Šiaulių bankas AB and the Bank's Group

According to the pre-audited data Šiaulių bankas AB incurred LTL 30.114 million 
(EUR 8.7216 million) in loss during the year 2009, while the Bank's Group       
incurred LTL 35.551 million (EUR 10.2963 million) in loss. The activity result  
was determined by the significant special provisions formed to doubtful assets.
