Dissemination of a Voting Rights announcement, transmitted by

On March 05, 2010, Sleep, Zakaria & Company (Cayman) Ltd., George Town,
Cayman Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its voting rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany,
ISIN: DE0005111702, WKN: 511170, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% limit of
the voting rights on February 16, 2010 and on that day amounted to 10.15%
(this corresponds to 260,000 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 10.15% (260,000 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Sleep, Zakaria & Company (Cayman) Ltd. pursuant to concurrent section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 1 and no. 6 WpHG.
Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Sleep, Zakaria & Company (Cayman) Ltd. and whose holdings of
voting rights amount to 3% each or more in zooplus AG:
- The Nomad Investment Partnership L.P.
Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in
zooplus AG are to be attributed to Sleep, Zakaria & Company (Cayman) Ltd.:
- The Nomad Investment Partnership L.P.
No financial instruments were exercised.

Cayman Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its voting rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany,
