- Christopher Uzelmeier, Ph.D. Dr. Uzelmeier is a former Director of R&D with Union Carbide. He has had a long and distinguished career with Fortune 500 companies. He brings to the Company broad science and organizational strengths and will head up the Company's manufacturing relationships.
- George Hebert. Mr. Hebert is a retired businessman who has been active in the investment area for almost 40 years. He has been involved with the evaluation of developmental companies for most of his career. It is expected he will assist the Company in assessing mergers and acquisitions.
