notify you of the following:

1. Viola PE Management Three 2010, Limited Partnership

On March 10, 2010, the stake of Viola PE Management Three 2010, Limited
Partnership, 12 Abba Eban Avenue, Ackerstein Towers Bldg. D, Herzeliya
46120 Israel, in the voting rights in ORAD Hi-Tec Systems Ltd., 15 Atir
Yeda Street POB 2177, Kfar Saba 44425, Israel, exceeded the threshold of
3%, 5%, 10% and 15%. On that date, Viola PE Management Three 2010, Limited
Partnership held 19.5999% in relation to all voting rights in ORAD Hi-Tec
Systems Ltd. (voting rights arising from 2,120,799 registered shares with
par value). This notice is given pursuant to section 21(1) WpHG.

2. Viola P.E. GP Ltd.

On March 10, 2010, the stake of Viola P.E. GP Ltd., 12 Abba Eban Avenue,
Ackerstein Towers Bldg. D, Herzeliya 46120 Israel, in the voting rights in
ORAD Hi-Tec Systems Ltd., 15 Atir Yeda Street POB 2177 Kfar Saba 44425,
Israel, exceeded the threshold of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15%. On that date, Viola
P.E. GP Ltd. held 19.599% in relation to all voting rights in ORAD Hi-Tec
Systems Ltd. (voting rights arising from 2,129,799 registered shares with a
par value).

All such voting rights are attributed to Viola P.E. GP Ltd. via Viola PE
Management Three 2010, Limited Partnership pursuant to section 22(1) sent.

The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are held is
Viola PE Management Three 2010, Limited Partnership.

3. Viola P E Managemnt Company Ltd.

On March 10, 2010, the stake of Viola P E Management Company Ltd., 12 Abba
Eban Avenue, Ackerstein Towers Bldg. D, Herzeliya 46120, Israel, in the
voting rights in ORAD Hi-Tec Systems Ltd., 15 Atir Yeda Street POB 2177
Kfar Saba 44425, Israel exceeded the threshold of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15%. On
that date, Viola P E Managment Company Ltd. held 19.599% in relation to all
voting rights in ORAD Hi-Tec Systems Ltd. (voting rights arising from
2,120,799 registered shares with a par value).

All such voting rights are attributed to Viola P E Management Company Ltd.
via Viola PE Management Three 2010, Limited Partnership pursuant to section
22(1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
