In accordance with the listing agreement with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB, Gunnebo
AB hereby announces, by issuing a press release, the content of the notice
concerning Gunnebo's Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2010 and the Board of
Directors' proposals for resolutions in respect of principles for remuneration
to senior executives and incentive programme 2010/2014.

The Notice will, in its Swedish language version, be published in Post- och
Inrikes Tidningar, Dagens Industri and Göteborgs-Posten Monday March 29, 2010.
