TRAINERS' HOUSE STARTS CODETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS

TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 MARCH 2010 AT 7:30

Trainers' House starts codetermination negotiations concerning its business
unit in Tampere as well as group administration functions in order to adjust
its business operations and the costs of its administration functions to
correspond to the current demand and the current scope of the group's
operations.

Trainers' House's Tampere business unit currently employs 19 persons. The unit
is focused on producing digital marketing services, and its operations have
been significantly loss making. The need for cost savings within the group's
administration functions is especially due to the fact that the scope of the
group's business operations has diminished. Other business units of the group
are not included in the scope of the codetermination negotiations.

Trainers' House aims at cost savings of approximately EUR 1,5 million on an
annual level. The savings in the administration functions and the
reorganization of the business operations may preliminarily lead to a possible
reduction of a maximum of 25 persons. The aim of the codetermination
negotiations is to find alternative solutions to possible layoffs, to seek
alternative sources of cost savings and to explore other alternatives which
could reduce the amount of the possible personnel reductions and to minimize
the consequences of the impact on personnel.

Trainers' House will publish its interim report for January - March 2010 on 22
April 2010 at 8:30.
