Trading Act]

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. in
Celesio AG has dropped below the threshold of 3% on 24 March 2010 and as of
this date totalled 2.62 % (4,462,320 voting rights). These voting rights
are attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 6
in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. in Celesio AG
has dropped below the threshold of 3% on 24 March 2010 and as of this date
totalled 2.62 % (4,464,320 voting rights). These voting rights are
attributable in accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 6 in
connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

The share of the voting rights of BlackRock, Inc. in Celesio AG has dropped
below the threshold of 3% on 24 March 2010 and as of this date totalled
2.94% (4,993,196 voting rights). These voting rights are attributable in
accordance with Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, item 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG.
