VINX Index Information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark Index due to the rights issue in SAS AB (07/10)

The following information is based on a press release from SAS AB (SAS)
(SE0000805574) published on April 6, 2010. 

The Board of Directors has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
approves a rights issue (3:1) SEK 0.67. The Ex-date has been set to April 8,
2010. Provided that the AGM approves the rights issue, NASDAQ OMX Global Index
Group will act and adjust SAS in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction
and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges' Tradable, All-share, Sector and
Benchmark Indexes” rule 5.3. 

The new number of shares for SAS to be included in VINXB on the Ex-date is 4
441 500 000. 

The new divisor will be shown in the morning report on the Ex-date.
