Jacob's Cure is a non-profit organization founded by Jordana Holovach to save her son, Jacob, who was diagnosed with Canavan Disease at six months old. Children with Canavan become trapped in their bodies, develop seizures, lose their ability to see and swallow, and die in the first decade of life.
