According to announcement No. 13/2008 of 13 August 2008 major shareholder Aage og Johanne Louis-Hansens Fond announced that its policy regarding its shareholding in Coloplast A/S would be revised among others if the foundation should receive a significant portion of shares by gift or inheritance.
