LAS VEGAS, April 19, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (OTCBB:GLXZ), announced today it acquired the table game business of T & P Gaming, Inc., a Nevada company which previously specialized in distributing table games in Nevada, Mississippi and Indiana. T & P Gaming's primary product was the "Deuces Wild Hold'em Fold'em" game, a house-banked game which is played on a casino's table gaming floor. The acquisition, accomplished through an asset purchase agreement, also included rights to a game called "Random Wild" and the associated intellectual property, hardware and marketing collateral for both games. Deuces Wild is currently played in casinos in Nevada and Mississippi. The licensing agreements between those casinos and T & P Gaming have been assigned to Galaxy Gaming.
