IT - INET Nordic - Specification updates (43/10)

Some of our protocol specifications have been updated to reflect the coming
technical changes on INET Nordic. See the revision history for respective

FIX for NASDAQ OMX Nordic Order Entry /
OUCH for NASDAQ OMX Nordic 
The protocols have been changed to reflect the support for Minimum Acceptable
Quantity on non-displayed orders. We have also done a few other minor
clarifications. Please see revision history. 
OTF:           Currently in OTF
Production: 2010-05-03
The change is not mandatory to take on.

Nordic Equity TotalView-ITCH
The protocol has been changed to reflect the capping in four separate quantity
fields in the NOII message to 999 999 999. The reason for the capping is
Icelandic Fixed income that have volumes exceeding the allowed 9 digits. This
change affects these fields (bidQuantity, askQuantity, imbalanceQuantity, 
pairedShares).

Production: TBD
No action is needed due to this change.
