JSC „Riga Electric Machine Building Works” inform, that from April 21, 2010
chairman of the board Mr. Mihail Morozs has discontinued the procura for member
of the board Mr. Igor Rulev. In April 21, 2010 documentation is being prepared
for submission in the Register of Enterprises.
