Managing Board contracts of Jörn Kämper and Maik Krämer renewed until March
31, 2016.  Bernhard Wagner to resign from Managing Board on March 31, 2011.

The Supervisory Board of A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Europe's leading
wallpaper manufacturer, today took long-term decisions about the future
composition of the Managing Board.

The company's Managing Board is currently composed of the following three
members:

  - Mr Jörn Kämper (born 1966), CEO, Sales and Marketing 

  - Mr Maik Holger Krämer (born 1968), Finance and Controlling

  - Mr Bernhard Wagner (born 1948), Production

The current term of office of all Managing Board members will end on March
31, 2011.

At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board decided to renew the contracts of
Mr Kämper and Mr Krämer for another term of office until March 31, 2016
with a view to ensuring management consistency at A.S. Création.

Having spent more than thirty years with the company Bernhard Wagner will
no longer be available to the company after the end of his present term of
office. Instead, he will go into retirement and take up other tasks. The
Supervisory Board accepts his decision and would like to thank Mr Wagner
for the great commitment to the company shown in the past years and for his
contribution to the positive development of the company. The Supervisory
Board has not yet taken a final decision regarding Mr Wagner's successor.
However, the position will probably be filled internally.
