FCMC allows JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” to announce public

Financial and Capital Market Commission on May 7, 2010 decided to allow JSC
“Latvijas Krājbanka” to announce public offering of new 6 500 000 shares with
voting rights. The nominal value of one new share is LVL 1.
