Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp Announces Its Charity Alliance With Susan McFadden, President of Rotary Club and Councilor of Mississauga, Canada's Ward 10

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - May 27, 2010) -  Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today that they have chosen to work with Susan McFadden, President of the Mississauga-Meadowvale Rotary Club, Ward 10 city councilor of Mississauga, Ontario. Ms. McFadden has been affiliated with the local community and charities for years. Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp has come to align their charity service with Ms. McFadden's ideals to create a collective effort to build a better community.

Ms. McFadden, along with her representative in the Dominican Republic, Holly Vukobrat, have arranged to aid 2 charities including Royal Roads Academy of Learning, a registered school in the Dominican Republic, and Mustard Seed, an organization supporting the mentally ill. Mississauga-Meadowvale Rotary Club will continue their efforts sponsoring students to ensure their charitable efforts in the future and welcome further functions with Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp.

The first event on June 17^th, 2010 will include a full service casino, within the Sosua Bay Grand Casino, for play money. All proceeds from ticket sales will be made to the Mississauga-Meadowvale Rotary Club and distributed to both charities.
