FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, England, notified us pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), retroactively of
the following:

On 2 January 2009 FIL Holdings Limited exceeded the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany.
On that date FIL Holdings Limited held 3.05% of the voting rights in
Premiere AG arising from 3,427,200 voting rights.
All voting rights in Premiere AG were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence
2 WpHG.

In addition, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, England, notified
us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act),
retroactively of the following:

On 14 January 2009 FIL Holdings Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring,
Germany. On that date FIL Holdings Limited held 2.81% of the voting rights
in Premiere AG arising from 3,448,045 voting rights.
All voting rights in Premiere AG were attributed to FIL Holdings Limited
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence
2 WpHG.

On 14 August 2009 Premiere AG changed its company name into Sky Deutschland
AG.
