Chipworks Executives Recognized in the IAM Strategy 250 -- the World's Leading IP Strategists

OTTAWA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2010) -  Chipworks (www.chipworks.com), the world's leader in reverse engineering and patent infringement analysis for semiconductors and microelectronic systems, announced today that it will host "The Asian Decade of IP," an international panel workshop at the IP Business Conference (IPBC) 2010. Presented by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine, the conference is being held June 20-22, 2010 in Munich, Germany.

"IP rights in Asia are becoming increasingly valuable as Asian innovators actively exploit the opportunities being created by their respective governments," said Terry Ludlow, Founder and CEO of Chipworks, who will moderate the panel. "In this session, 'The Asian Decade of IP,' a global panel of senior licensing executives will explore the countries and markets that will dominate, the key players, and what's different about future Asian IP strategies."

In addition, the company announced that President Julia Elvidge and Founder and CEO Terry Ludlow have been named as two of the world's leading IP Strategists by IAM Magazine. For the second consecutive year, Ms. Elvidge and Mr. Ludlow were recognized by their peers as individuals who are able to offer world-class strategic IP advice to IP owners. IAM 250 recipients will be honoured at a special reception during the IPBC conference.
