Seamless' new Professional Services function commits to increase customer orientation

In order to further meet customer needs Seamless is adapting its organization.
Tommy Eriksson, formerly heading up the Project Management Team, has been
appointed Vice President of Professional Services and member of the Management
Team. In his new role he will manage functions ranging from Delivery and Project
Management to Support.

and thereafter exceeding their expectations for support and operations. With
the aim of excelling further in these functions and to make the underlying
processes robust and scalable, I'm delighted to have a person of Tommy's
caliber. With his extensive experience in the Telecom and IT industry, I feel

For years, Tommy has worked with mobile operators across the globe, and he is
familiar with many of Seamless' existing and potential customers. Before
joining Seamless, Tommy Eriksson held various senior positions in different
companies within the Siemens group and in his latest challenge he was Director
of Global Services at telecom technology provider SmartTrust. 

The Management Team now consists of Rohit Bhatia, Daniel Nyholm, Devika Sehgal,
Neeraj Agrawal and Tommy Eriksson.
