Lemminkäinen receives additional contract for renovation of Kluuvi shopping centre in Helsinki

LEMMINKÄINEN RECEIVES ADDITIONAL CONTRACT FOR RENOVATION OF KLUUVI SHOPPING
CENTRE IN HELSINKI 

Lemminkäinen and ING Kluuvi Oy have signed a contract to continue cooperation
in the full renovation of the Kluuvi shopping centre in downtown Helsinki. The
renovation works are estimated to be completed by autumn 2011. The project
management contract awarded to Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Pääkaupunkiseutu is worth
approx. EUR 17 million. 

Lemminkäinen started the first phase of the shopping centre's renovation works
in 2009. The entire Kluuvi shopping centre will be renovated, additional
commercial space will be built on the third floor, and the business concept
will be renewed. The shopping centre will remain open for the duration of the
whole project. The gross floor area of the final phase of the work will be
about 11,350 m2. 

The contract has been booked in Lemminkäinen's Q2 orders. 

ING Kluuvi Oy is part of the ING Real Estate Nordic Property Fund, which is
managed by ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING REIM). ING REIM is a
global real estate investment manager with offices in 21 countries and assets
under management worth approx. EUR 67 billion.
