notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on Juli 21, 2010 its
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany exceeded the
threshold of 5% and amounted to 5.01 % (5,101,261 voting rights). These
voting rights of 5.01 % (5,101,261 voting rights) were attributable to
Value Advisers, LLC according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG.
