On July 30, 2010, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has informed us according to Sec. 21 para. 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 29, 2010,
and on that day amounted to 3.04% (this corresponds to 1760416 Voting
Rights).
According to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.31% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 179215 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company.


On August 3, 2010, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has informed us according to Sec. 21 para. 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 30,
2010, and on that day amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds to 1717472 Voting
Rights).
According to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.23% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 136272 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company.
