United States of America, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on April 30, 2010 and on that
day amounted to 3.54% (this corresponds to 484400 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.16% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 21600 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company. According to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.38% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 462800 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
the company in connection with Article 22, Section 1,
sentence 2 of the WpHG.

of America, has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche
Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005508105, WKN: 550810, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on April 30, 2010 and on that day amounted to
3.54% (this corresponds to 484400 Voting Rights).

the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 484400 Voting
