Portec Rail Products, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2010 Dividend


PITTSBURGH, Aug. 31, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Portec Rail Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRPX) announced the declaration of the Company's third quarter 2010 dividend of six cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on September 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on September 17, 2010.
