TOM TAILOR Holding AG has received notifications of voting rights pursuant
to section 21 para. 1 WpHG by the following companies with the following
content:
1. T. Rowe Price International, Inc. - CORRECTION -
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 17
August 2010 the voting interest of T. Rowe Price International, Inc.,
Baltimore, USA, in our company exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in our company and amounted to 3.06 % (equivalent to 505,067 shares
of 16,528,169 total shares).
3.06 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 505,067 shares) are attributable
to T. Rowe Price International, Inc. in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3 % or more in TOM
TAILOR Holding AG are to be attributed to The T. Rowe Price International
Discovery Fund.
2. T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. - CORRECTION -
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 17
August 2010 the voting interest of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.,
Baltimore, USA, in our company exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in our company and amounted to 3.06 % (equivalent to 505,067 shares
of 16,528,169 total shares).
3.06 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 505,067 shares) are attributable
to T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3 % or more in TOM
TAILOR Holding AG are to be attributed to The T. Rowe Price International
Discovery Fund.
3. T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. - CORRECTION -
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 17
August 2010 the voting interest of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., Baltimore,
USA, in our company exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in
our company and amounted to 3.06 % (equivalent to 505,067 shares of
16,528,169 total shares).
3.06 % of the voting rights (equivalent to 505,067 shares) are attributable
to T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 6 in connection with section 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
Voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3 % or more in TOM
TAILOR Holding AG are to be attributed to The T. Rowe Price International
Discovery Fund.
4. T. Rowe Price International Discovery Fund
According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG we have been informed that on 17
August 2010 the voting interest of T. Rowe Price International Discovery
Fund, Baltimore, USA, in our company exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the
voting rights in our company and amounted to 3.03 % (equivalent to 500,000
shares of 16,528,169 total shares).
