On September 3, 2010, Norges Bank Investment Management, Oslo, Norway,
informed us in the name of Norges Bank, Oslo, Norway, in accordance with
Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that the share of the voting rights of Norges Bank
(Central Bank of Norway) in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany,
ISIN DE0007500001, has fallen below the 3% threshold on September 1, 2010.
At this date the share of the voting rights amounts to 2.96% (which equates
to 15,230,102 voting rights).

On September 3, 2010, the Royal Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, informed
us in the name and on behalf of the state of Norway, Oslo, Norway, in
accordance with Art. 21 par. 1 WpHG that the share of the voting rights of
the state of Norway in ThyssenKrupp AG, Duisburg and Essen, Germany, ISIN
DE0007500001, has fallen below the 3% threshold on September 1, 2010. At
this date the share of the voting rights amounts to 2.96% (which equates to
15,230,102 voting rights).

The voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway),
organisation number 937 884 117. Norges Bank is controlled by the state of
Norway, and voting rights held by Norges Bank are to be attributed to the
state of Norway in accordance with Art. 22 par. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
