Merit Medical to Present at CL King's Best Ideas Conference and Stifel Nicolaus' Healthcare Conference


SOUTH JORDAN, Utah, Sept. 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:MMSI), a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable devices used primarily in cardiology, radiology and gastroenterology, today announced that it will participate at CL King's 8th Annual Best Ideas Conference in New York City and Stifel Nicolaus' Healthcare Conference in Boston.

On Wednesday, September 15th, at 1:45 p.m. ET, Merit's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Fred P. Lampropoulos will give a 25-minute presentation at the CL King Conference at New York City's Omni Berkshire Hotel regarding Merit's history, products, financial performance and prospects. He will also participate in one-on-one meetings throughout the day.

On Friday, September 17th, at 9:10 a.m. ET, Lampropoulos will give a similar presentation at the Stifel Nicolaus Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston. He will also participate in one-on-one meetings on Thursday, September 16th and after his presentation on Friday.
