according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007480204,
WKN: 748020, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on September
13, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.29% (this corresponds to 1509496
Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of
the WpHG, 3.29% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1509496 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to the company in connection with sentence 2 of
the WpHG .

U.S.A. has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche EuroShop AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0007480204, WKN: 748020, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on September 13, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.23% (this
corresponds to 1483147 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.23% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 1483147 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company in connection
