us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on HAMBORNER REIT AG, Duisburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0006013006,
WKN: 601300, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October
11, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.27% (this corresponds to 775.000
Voting Rights).
