Wacker Neuson raises forecast for fiscal 2010 again

(Munich, October 27, 2010) The Wacker Neuson Group has again revised its
revenue and EBITDA forecast for fiscal 2010 upwards on the back of positive
Q3 performance.

Provisional figures for the third quarter confirm the continued upward
trend in Wacker Neuson's business, prompting management to again raise its
forecast for the whole of fiscal 2010. Compared to the previous forecast of
at least 10 percent growth, the Executive Board now expects Group revenue
to be at least 20 percent up on the previous year's figure. The EBITDA
(profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) margin for the
Group is expected to increase to at least 10 percent (previous forecast: at
least 9 percent). The previous predictions were made in August of this
year. In 2009, Group revenue totaled EUR 597.0 million and the EBITDA
margin was at 4.6 percent.

The company will be publishing its Q3 report on November 12, 2010.
