After hearing the major shareholders, Efore's Board of Directors decided to
appoint the Nomination Board on 1 November, 2010. All the members were elected
from outside the Board of Directors. Juhani Pirttisalo was elected as the
Chairman and Markku Kaloniemi, Jarmo Simola and Leena Tammivuori were elected as
members of the Nomination Board. The term of the Nomination Board shall end at
the closing of the next Annual General Meeting of the company.
