On January 19th and 20th, 2011 the entities and person mentioned below have
given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) of the Following:

1. On January 19th, 2011, AK Industriebeteiligung GmbH,
Norderfriedrichskoog, Germany, has given us notice pursuant to section 21
para. 1 WpHG that its share fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137
Dortmund, Germany, and on that day amounted 2.71 % (1,665.780 shares/voting
rights).

2. On January 19th, 2011, AKI Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Dortmund, Germany, has
given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share fell
below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH &
Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany, and on that day
amounted 2.71 % (1,665.780 shares/voting rights); whereby the
aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 WpHG.

3. On January 20th, 2011, AKI Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Dortmund,
Germany, has given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that its
share fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Borussia
Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany,
and on that day amounted 2.71 % (1,665.780 shares/voting rights); whereby
the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 WpHG.

4. On January 20th, 2011, KIH Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH,
Dortmund, Germany, has given us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
that its share fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA, Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund,
Germany, and on that day amounted 2.71 % (1,665.780 shares/voting rights);
whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 WpHG.

5. On January 20th, 2011, Dr. Albrecht Knauf, Germany, has given us notice
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that his share fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights of Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA,
Rheinlanddamm 207-209, 44137 Dortmund, Germany, and on that day amounted
2.71 % (1,665.780 shares/voting rights); whereby the aforementioned voting
rights have to be attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1
WpHG.
