ORCO Germany S.A.: Rainer Bormann leaves company

Rainer Bormann, the former CEO of ORCO Germany S.A., has withdrawn from his
position as member of the board of ORCO Germany as well as from all his
mandates as Managing Director of ORCO's subsidiaries. He will be leaving
the company on February 1st, 2011.
'We appreciate the drive and contribution of Mr. Bormann to the creation
and development of ORCO Germany and we do thank him for his commitment',
said Jean-François Ott, CEO of ORCO Germany S.A. 'We wish him well in his
future endeavors'.
This announcement follows Rainer Bormann's decision not to renew his
contract and the subsequent appointment in November 2010 of Mr.
Jean-Francois Ott and Mr. Nicolas Tommasini as CEO and Deputy CEO of ORCO
Germany S.A. and Mr. Brad Taylor as Director of Corporate and Legal
Affairs.
