Ingalill Berglund new MD of Atrium Ljungberg

Atrium Ljungberg's Board of Directors has appointed Ingalill Berglund as
the Group's new MD. She succeeds Anders Nylander. Ingalill Berglund has
worked in the real estate sector for almost twenty years, most recently
as CFO of Atrium Ljungberg. She has previously held positions at,
amongst others, Stadshypotek Fastigheter and Skolfastigheter i
Stockholm, Sisab. Ingalill will take up her new position on 8th April
2011.
"Ingalill Berglund shares the company's strong values and ensures
continuity. Atrium Ljungberg has also gained, in Ingalill, a new,
talented and extremely knowledgeable leader. The Board is convinced that
she is the right person to continue our successful endeavours to
generate long-term growth and profitability within the company," says
Dag Klackenberg, future Chairman of the Board and a Member of the Board
since 2004.

interested in our business," says Ingalill Berglund. "Atrium Ljungberg
has developed strongly over the ten years I have been working here and
enjoys a very good reputation amongst our customers. Our project

company into the exciting future that lies ahead of us."   

Anders Nylander announced, on 30th November 2010, that he wished to step
down as MD after eight years in the post and that a successor would be
appointed before the next Annual General Meeting.
