The Loulu Palm Estate, the company's flagship development project, has recently announced its expansion into services and catering. 21^st Parallel has already contracted a third of the events booked for the third quarter of 2011 at Loulu Palm Estates. This will increase monthly revenue up to nearly twenty percent.

21^st Parallel offers a wide range of catering with a unique twist such as a Hawaiian buffet.
