AS “PrivatBank” informs that the Council of the Bank decided to appoint Uldis Upenieks as a Member of the Board of the Bank.
On May 27, 2011, the FCMC gave its consent for Uldis Upenieks to take up his duties as a Member of the Board of AS “PrivatBank”.
