JSC Latvian Shipping Company (LSC) management informs that as of 1 June 2011 member of the Management Board of LSC Ashley John Neale leaves his office. His position will be taken by Simon Richard Blaydes elected as member of the Management Board of LSC for further 5 years. Similar changes have been introduced in the Management Board of ltd “Nafta Invest” and ltd “LSC Shipmanagement”.
Simon Blaydes has taken up the position of CFO of the Arawak Group of companies since 2009. He was previously a partner in the transaction support departments of Ernst & Young’s Energy practices in Beijing, London and Kazakhstan. He is a chartered accountant and an associate of the The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) who trained with Price Waterhouse (now PwC) working for them in the UK and Russia.
The new member of the Management Board does not own the shares of LSC.
