Chief Executive Officer, Joe Wooten, stated, "ActionView recently filed its December 2010 and March 2011 quarterly reports with OTC Markets along with the required attorney opinion letter in order to provide shareholders with the most recently available information on the company. We expect to file the June report before the end of July. We also recognize that some shareholders have expressed concern over the administrative hold placed on our company by the State of Nevada. The hold resulted from a change in Nevada filing requirements that affected us along with countless other companies incorporated in Nevada. We have subsequently made the required filings and anticipate that the hold will be lifted by the end of the day."
The company also provided additional details on the first of the upcoming summer events for the WCFC, ActionView's mixed martial arts brand. Mr. Wooten added, "We will be kicking off our Summer Tour with three to four MMA events in Boise, Idaho and Salt Lake City, Utah, starting with our August 13th event and ending with an all professional show in September. As discussed previously, we are planning on taking the fullest advantage of the summer weather to stage a series of outdoor shows designed to expose the WCFC brand to the largest possible audience.
