Die Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am
11.07.2011 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Tognum AG,
Friedrichshafen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0N4P43, WKN: A0N4P4, am
11.07.2011 die Schwelle von 30% überschritten hat und an diesem Tag 30,05%
(das entspricht 39484376 Stimmrechte) beträgt.

Der Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland sind davon 29,95% (39343751
Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG und 0,11% (140625
Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 2 i. V. m. S. 2 WpHG zuzurechnen.
Die der Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland nach § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 WpHG
zugerechneten Stimmrechte werden dabei u. a. über die von ihr kontrollierte
Daimler Vermögens- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Stuttgart,
Deutschland, dessen Stimmrechtsanteil an der Tognum AG 3% oder mehr
beträgt, gehalten.
