Northrop Grumman Wins Interpreter, Translator Contract


HERNDON, Va., July 20, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) a contract to provide high-quality linguist and analyst services in support of the Department of Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise (DLITE).

The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract includes a five-year ordering period. Northrop Grumman will compete for task orders with five other contractors under the DLITE program, which has a collective ceiling of $9.7 billion.
