Correction of the release according to Art. 26, Section 1 WpHG as of 9
August 2011 (as the notification has been corrected)

Odey Asset Management LLP, London W1K2ND, United Kingdom, notified us
pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that
its share of the total voting rights in Sky Deutschland AG, Medienallee 26,
85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 15% on 5 August 2011
and amounted to 15.01% on this day. This corresponds to 106,306,032 voting
rights.

15.01% (this corresponds to 106,306,032 voting rights) are attributable to
Odey Asset Management LLP in accordance with Section 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1
No. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in Sky
Deutschland AG are to be attributed to Odey Asset Management LLP:
