(Nasdaq:MANH) today announced the appointment of Bruce Richards as senior vice president and chief legal officer. Mr. Richards is responsible for Manhattan Associates' global legal matters as well as contract administration and the company's Corporate Code of Ethics. A business lawyer with an extensive corporate, transactional and regulatory background, Mr. Richards was a partner at Taylor English Duma LLP prior to joining Manhattan Associates. Previously, Mr. Richards served as general counsel for publicly traded companies Telecredit, Equifax and Certegy, and also served as interim general counsel for Witness Systems.
