AD HOC Release

Change of segment from Regulated Market to m:access

Waalre, September 01, 2011 - The quotation of the Navigator Equity Solution
SE share (ISIN NL0009538008) on the Regulated Market is expected to be
withdrawn during the fourth quarter of 2011. Today the Management Board
with approval of the Supervisory Board of the Company passed the resolution
to initiate a change from Regulated Market to the market segment m:access
on Munich Stock Exchange.

The Management Board expects the acceptance of the request for quotation of
the Navigator Equity Solutions SE share on m:access by Munich Stock
Exchange in due course. Thus a continuous trading will be guaranteed after
an obligatory phasing-out period on the regulated market that is expected
to end in the fourth quarter of 2011.

m:access is a quality market segment of Munich Stock Exchange that is
requiring on top of legal requirements an additional degree of compliance
with regard to both transparency and being public obligations. In view of
the Management Board of Navigator Equity Solutions SE, m:access provides an
ideal market segment to reach an sensible cost-effort-ratio of a stock
