After 9 Months: Revenue Euro 44 million, EBITDA Euro 4.9 million
New Brand Architecture of Reply Deutschland AG established
Gütersloh, 28. October 2011 - In the third quarter 2011 the rebranding of
syskoplan AG to Reply Deutschland AG has been executed at the German stock
exchange as well. Today the company published the 9 months results of
financial year 2011. In the group, the software integrator achieved
revenues of Euro 43.9 million, following Euro 43.7 million in 2010.
Earnings before taxes, interest and depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to Euro
4.9 million after Euro 3.4 million in the previous year, bringing the
EBITDA-margin to 11.1% (previous year: 7.7%). Earnings before taxes (EBT)
were Euro 4.1 million coming from Euro 2.3 million in 2010. Altogether, the
group after tax and minority shares obtained a net profit of Euro 2.6 Mio.
Euro (previous year: Euro 1.4 million).
Third quarter - In the third quarter 2011 Reply Deutschland recorded
revenues of Euro 12.9 million, down by 19% compared to the third quarter
2010. EBITDA-margin came to 9.3% compared to 11.4% in the equivalent
quarter of 2010. The quarterly development has namely been influenced by
the base effect of two larger projects having been started in the third
quarter 2010 and completed in the second quarter 2011.
Liquidity and staff - Cash flow (according to DVFA/SG) in 2011 up to now
amounted to Euro 3.8 million (previous year: Euro 3.1 million). Liquidity
of Reply Deutschland fell slightly to Euro 21.3 million (end of 2010: EUR
22.0 million). The equity ratio rose to 62%. 393 employees were active in
the group at the end of September 2011 (previous year: 411 employees).
Reply Deutschland - The change of the name was executed at the stock
exchange during the third quarter as well. Under Reply Deutschland AG the
company remains listed in the Prime standard at the German stock exchange
in Frankfurt. The consumer goods and data center activities - today
subsumed under is4 - will be active with the label 4brands Reply in the
future. The prerequisites for the rebranding of this unit in the fourth
quarter 2011 were created in meantime. With Twice Reply another company
founded as a startup will start its business activities in the fourth
quarter 2011. The unit will work in the areas of media, telecommunications
and gaming.
Status and outlook - All in all Reply Deutschland is moving along the
announced development path at present. The profitability develops solidly.
The EBT-margin almost has doubled in comparison with 2010. As expected the
revenue was on last year's level till now. The quarterly revenue shall
improve again in the fourth quarter 2011. For the financial year 2011 Reply
Deutschland expects to be able to slightly improve the EBITDA margin of
10.1% obtained in 2010. Revenue shall be in a range of Euro 58.0 million to
Euro 59.5 million (previous year: Euro 60.2 million).
