PDF Solutions(R) Appoints Gregory Walker as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance


SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 3, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PDF Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:PDFS), the leading provider of yield improvement technologies and services for the integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing process life cycle, today announced the appointment of Gregory Walker to the position of chief financial officer and vice president of finance, effective November 10, 2011. Mr. Walker is replacing Michael Shahbazian, who acted as the company's interim chief financial officer since mid-June and who will remain with the company during a transition period.  

Prior to joining PDF Solutions, Mr. Walker held the position of Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at InnoPath Software, a provider of wireless-software for mobile device management. Before that, Mr. Walker was Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Magma Design Automation, Inc., a provider of electronic design automation software to the semiconductor industry.  Earlier in his career, he held various financial roles at technology companies, including Synopsys, Integrated Device Technology, International Business Machines Corporation and Xerox Corporation.
