Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V., Maarsen, Netherlands, has
informed us pursuant to Section 27a, Subesction 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG), with regard to the disclosure on voting rights pursuant
to Section 21, Subsection 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
published by Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V. on 18 October
2011, that these voting rights were acquired in pursuit of the following
aims:

1. The investment is related to the fulfilment of strategic goals.
2. It is possible that further voting rights will be secured through
purchase or other means within the next twelve months.
3. Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V. aims to influence the
composition of bodies and boards with operational, managerial and
supervisory duties at TDS Informationstechnologie Aktionengesellschaft.
4. Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V. does not aim to effect a
material change in the capital structure of TDS Informationstechnologie
Aktiengesellschaft, in particular as regards the ratio of equity to debt
financing or dividend distribution policy.

Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding) B.V. reported that the acquisition
of shares in Fujitsu Services Overseas Holdings Limited, headquartered in
London, UK, via which the voting rights in TDS Informationstechnologie
Aktiengesellschaft are assigned to Fujitsu Technology Solutions (Holding)
B.V., was equity-financed.
