1. On December 12, 2011, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, UK
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 09, 2011 and
on that day amounted to 2.912% (this corresponds to 611553 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.866%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 601768 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company. According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 0.047%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9785 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

2. On December 12, 2011, J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., New York,
USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 09, 2011 and
on that day amounted to 2.912% (this corresponds to 611553 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.047%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9785 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company. According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 2.866%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 601768 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
