On December 12, 2011, Mr Thomas Agerholm, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Dresdner Factoring AG, Dresden, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 24, 2008 and on that day amounted
to 3.0004% (this corresponds to 84010 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.0004% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
84010 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Agerholm  via HW Leasing
GmbH, Wismar, Deutschland.
