On December 12, 2011, Den Professionelle Forening Danske Invest
Institutional, Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark, has informed us according to sec. 21
para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker AG,
Kirkel, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 16, 2011, and on that day amounted to 3.17% (this corresponds to
1837912 Voting Rights).
According to sec. 22 para. 2 of the WpHG, 3.05% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 1768992 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest.
Furthermore, on December 12,2011, Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest,
Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 16, 2011,
and on that day amounted to 3.17 % (this corresponds to 1837912 Voting
Rights).
According to sec. 22 para. 2 of the WpHG, 0.12% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 68920 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
