On January 02, 2012, Mr Jürgen P. Wehr, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Lloyd Fonds Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 30, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 3.29% (this corresponds to 904093 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.29% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 904093 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wehr from Wehr Schiffahrts KG via Verwaltung Wehr
Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH.
